Meets Real Estate Investors Ahead of Global Investors Meet 2023

Dehradun:In a run up to the Global Investers Meet 2023 slated to take place in Dehradun 2023, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami presided over a meeting with Real Estate Investors asserting that real estate projects will play a key role in the development of Uttarakhand in the days to come.

Chief Minister said his government was working on a roadmap for the state for coming 25 years. He said the state government is in communication with various investors in different sectors. CM Dhami said policies are being formulated that would promote investments in the state. He said as many as 27 policies have been formulated for the betterment of industries in Uttarakhand. He said the policies are being simplified to ensure ease of doing business.

Referring to infrastructural development works, Chief Minister Dhami said expansion of connectivity is taking place at a fast phase in the state with new road, rail and air links coming up.

Cabinet minister Premchand Aggarwal held that Uttarakhand will among frontline states of the country by 2025. He said large number of investors are expected to come at the Global Investers Meet.

RERA chairman R Panwar, Additional Chief Secretary Radha Raturi, Secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram, MDDA vice chairman Bansidhar Tiwari were prominent officials present at the meeting.
